The Financial Literacy and Sexual Health Toolkit is a new global curriculum for Save the Children aimed towards adolescents. The curriculum is broken down into two parts based on age groups: very young adolescent (VYA) curriculum for those aged 10-14 and older adolescent curriculum (OA) for those aged 15-19.
This program aims to better equip adolescents to make a healthy and successful transition from puberty to young adulthood. The FLASH Toolkit is a fun, interactive, and discussion based curriculum that leads adolescents through different activities and asks them to reflect on their own values and beliefs and consider what they would do in the situations presented.
Each session has an accompanying ‘Tool Card’ that participants collect each week and store in their ‘Tool Kits.’
There were no strict branding guidelines that had to be followed, but the main feel was to have a fresh outcome that was bold, diverse and empowering.
